Rami Loya, CEO

Rami Loya is a veteran entrepreneur and business executive with successful track record and extensive experience in the Electronic Design and Manufacturing Industry. Mr. Loya was the founder and co-founder of several successful businesses that grew from start up to leadership role in their industry.

As co-founder and President of LZR Electronics, Inc., a Maryland based electronic design and manufacturing firm, Rami Loya grew the company from 2 to 100 employees and established modern engineering and manufacturing operations in Maryland and Shenzhen, China. The company became a leader in the power electronics field in the 1990’s and was acquired by a publicly traded company in 2000.

Mr. Loya is the author of the business management book, Incentive Compensation Strategies for the New Millennium, published in 2000. His book introduced innovative human capital management methodologies to help businesses increase productivity and growth. He holds an Executive MBA and three Engineering Degrees.
