Shipping & Returns

Returns Policy

All sales are final when an order is completed online or with our sales representative.

In case product defects, please contact our customer service representative and report the problem with the product. Once the problem is verified, a return authorization will be issued to send the products back for replacement.

All returns must be preapproved and accompanied by a copy of Return Authorization Form (RMA). Products returned must be in the original packaging without damage and prepaid shipping. Shipping costs are not refundable.

If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.

We can ship to virtually any address in the United States. When you place an order, we will estimate shipping based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Depending on the shipping provider you choose, shipping date estimates may appear on the shipping quotes page.
